The owners of this property had recently moved from a large family home into this apartment complex.
Their wish was to increase their apartment floor space and capitilise on the picturesque North West aspect of the deck area. They also stipulated as part of the project brief they wished to retain the existing natural light levels which flooded their main living area.
By choosing to install an A-frame style Vergola they have enhanced the design of the apartment, retained the natural light levels and created an additional 25 square metres of functional living area.
The deck now an extension of the main living areas provides a haven for outdoor living and protection from the harsh Westerly Sun.
