Vaucluse

This property underwent a considerable refurbishment with major additions to the rear of the dwelling.

The outdoor area immediately adjacent to the main living and dining areas was originally designed with a glass conservatory style roof.

Although aesthetically pleasing the design would unfortunately cause reductions in air flow and with glass allowing sunlight to penetrate would no doubt create a heat trap.

The end design which satisfied all concerns and aesthetic criteria was the Vergola System framed in a bulkhead supported with tapered coloumns.

Texture painting was the final touch to match the existing exterior coatings providing the ultimate finishing touch.
