Vergola Balcony Transformation

When Vergola’s design consultant visited this home to consider the best options to cover the entertaining area on the balcony, he was mesmerised by the spectacular view.

Despite the stunning view, the home owners rarely used the balcony. In winter it was cold and windy and in summer the direct sun made it impossible for them to enjoy the view outdoors without sweltering in the heat. It was clearly a wasted space.

They knew that a patio cover that opened and closed would be the perfect solution and provide a functional outdoor entertaining area, but they were not sure if an adjustable louvered roof could match the curved design of their balcony.

After some brainstorming and discussion, our Vergola design consultant prepared a 3D drawing and plan with a quotation for the home owners to review.
